The Order Confirmation email that you receive when you make an order is a valid Tax Invoice. If you have lost your invoice we will be happy to email you a new one. Simply email our sales team here with your request.

Due to occupational health & safety (OHS) regulations at our warehouse we are unable to facilitate pickups of our products. All orders must be delivered using our extensive courier network.

It is necessary for someone to be available to accept delivery as our couriers will require a signature as proof of receipt. No orders will be left unattended. For your convenience, we recommend having your order sent to your work address if being at home during business hours is not an option.

All works carried out by a party under instructions from Mystery Skateboards will be covered by the 12 month warranty on workmanship and repair.
